According to an announcement found on lostanime.com, Sanver Production, a production company based in Bulgaria and in Italy has recently started production of the italian dubbing of three movies based on mangas by Osamu Tezuka.

The first one is the 2009 special "Jungle Emperor: The Brave Can Change the Future", and the other two are "The Fantastic Adventures of Unico" (1981) and "Unico in the Island of Magic" (1983), anime films starring Unico the unicorn. The dubbing is directed by Santo Verduci, Sanver Production's owner and CEO.

Update: The production of "Kimba: i coraggiosi cambiano il futuro", the italian dubbing of the 2009 special has started on November 11, and the whole production has ended on December 29.
